Braedan leads the market presence in Fresno, California. Born and raised in Indiana, he made the leap to California at 20 years old in pursuit of bigger opportunities and new challenges. His journey included a variety of roles that sharpened his leadership, resilience, and vision—ultimately leading to the launch of his own company. In February 2025, Braedan earned a promotion out of Alante’s office, a milestone he credits to Alante’s mentorship and guidance. Today, he is passionate about building teams, creating opportunities, and driving growth with the same determination that brought him to where he is today.

Devin joined the business in May 2024, choosing to leave behind his passion for cutting hair when he saw the opportunity here. After working with A&Z for eight months, he joined an expansion team in Fresno. In just eight months, Devin earned a promotion to management on August 5, 2025, marking a major milestone in his career.

Eric, originally from Dallas, Texas, traveled to Los Angeles to begin his training at A&Z Marketing after being personally recruited by Alante. In just one year and six months, he completed the program and was promoted to management on June 7, 2024. Today, Eric runs the Verizon campaign in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and has recently promoted his younger brother Anthony into management as well. Eric credits A&Z for teaching him not only about business, but also about who he could become, and he is grateful for the ability to help others achieve the same.

Before working with A&Z, Karese was a professional actor and commercial real estate agent. Drawn to the business for the chance to develop valuable skills while maintaining a consistent income, she now runs a market in Fresno, California, with her client Verizon. In just half a year, Karese has secured one outside deal and is eager to continue building her business alongside A&Z.

Keane is known for being an easy-going yet hard-working leader. After successfully completing the training program, he mastered the skills so well that he was able to teach and duplicate success in others. A strong advocate for servant leadership, Keane believes in leading from the front and working hard to reach his goals in life. He was promoted to management in April 2025 and credits much of his growth to Alante and A&Z Marketing. While he knows there is still much more to experience, Keane is grateful for the opportunity to grow and continue building his career here.
