Eric, originally from Dallas, Texas, traveled to Los Angeles to begin his training at A&Z Marketing after being personally recruited by Alante. In just one year and six months, he completed the program and was promoted to management on June 7, 2024. Today, Eric runs the Verizon campaign in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and has recently promoted his younger brother Anthony into management as well. Eric credits A&Z for teaching him not only about business, but also about who he could become, and he is grateful for the ability to help others achieve the same.

Drawn to the business for the chance to develop valuable skills while maintaining a consistent income, she now runs a market in Fresno, California, with her client Verizon. In just half a year, Karese has secured one outside deal and is eager to continue building her business alongside A&Z.
